Drupal's wysiwyg editor allows you to add custom styles to allow you to style text quickly.

However, it's disabled by default; to enable it, go to /admin/config/content/wysiwyg and click 'Edit' next to the CKEditor. Expand the 'Buttons and Plugins' dropdown and enable 'Font style'.

You can also expand the 'CSS' dropdown to add custom styles to the dropdown (the alternative is using a module like CKEditor Styles.
